Yes, it involes a good couch, a fuck ton of pillows and the willingness/ability to contort ones self into half laying down position with your leggs crossed into a pirouette shape on said couch. It is best done with the leggs on the back of the couch how ever high in the air you wish them to be, arange pillows accordingly to satisfactory softness.
